Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for hospitals, healthcare campaigns, and digital media promotions. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing healthcare-related graphics, digital marketing creatives, and branding materials for hospital websites, social media, patient education programs, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality social media creatives, infographics, posters, banners, and digital ads for hospitals and healthcare brands.
  • Create hospital branding materials such as brochures, flyers, patient education leaflets, and corporate presentations.
  • Develop engaging visuals for healthcare awareness campaigns, medical conferences, and hospital events.
  • Design UI/UX elements for hospital websites, health-tech apps, and online patient portals.
  • Work closely with content writers, digital marketing teams, and hospital management to create visually appealing and informative graphics.
  • Ensure designs are compliant with healthcare industry standards, patient confidentiality norms, and branding guidelines.
  • Utilize illustrations, animations, and motion graphics for digital promotions and medical explainer videos.
  • Optimize graphics for SEO, social media reach, and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare branding, digital marketing, and medical advertising.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design for healthcare, hospitals, or medical marketing.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Knowledge of healthcare branding, digital advertising, and UI/UX design.
  • Ability to simplify complex medical concepts into visually appealing graphics.
  • Strong understanding of color psychology, typography, and design principles for healthcare marketing.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
