Recruitment Executive – Doctors, Medical Faculty & Hospital Technical Staff

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for doctors, medical faculty, and hospital technical staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting within the medical and hospital industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, faculty at medical colleges, nursing staff, paramedics, and technical healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates through job portals, medical associations, professional networks, and hospital references.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Coordinate with hospitals, medical institutions, and healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs.
- Manage credential verification, licensing, and compliance checks for medical professionals.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of healthcare professionals for ongoing recruitment needs.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, onboarding support, and retention strategies for hospital staff.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and medical licensing requirements.
- Work closely with hospital HR teams, medical directors, and healthcare administrators to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical hiring practices in healthcare staffing.
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, medical staffing, or talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospital staffing needs, medical faculty hiring, and healthcare recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews for specialized medical roles.
- Understanding of NMC (National Medical Commission), MCI (Medical Council of India), and NABH guidelines for medical faculty and hospital staffing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with hospital HR teams, medical boards, and healthcare regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
